Christmas Gifts

Still going through all of our beach photos and wanted to share them here, but while I’m wishing we were still there I’m also excited about the fall season ahead. We have now entered into my favorite time of the year and my mind has started to wander toward CHRISTMAS. I can’t believe I’m saying that. I was talking to my mom and sister the other day about how it kinda stirs up slight panic inside of us just thinking about it and all that we have to accomplish and all that we have to buy. We were trying to figure out what we needed to do to help us not feel that way and here are some things that I’m considering:

- 2 to 3 large gifts that all of our children can enjoy and very little of the little stuff that clutters up my house.
- Memberships or experiences.
- Each child getting 1 big thing that they want.
- PURPOSEFUL gifts. Stuff that will get used and used well.

Toys are so fun to open; it’s one of the joys of a childhood Christmas but with a family our size I want to be mindful of not buying stuff just to buy it and then it being forgotten about the next day.

Most of you weren’t here the year we gave our kids a horse AND told them we were pregnant with Olive. We might never be able to top that one. 😂
BUT I’d love to hear from y’all about your favorite gifts you’ve given your kids and your favorite gifting traditions!👇👇👇

AND I’ve got some fun things in the works to help you this Christmas!! Stay tuned!
